Assessment terms

ConvoCommerce provides product visibility assessments based on a limited sample of AI model answers. Results vary by model, question, search settings, location and time. API results do not reproduce consumer AI apps and do not guarantee discovery, placement, sales or rankings.

Each verified merchant account includes one complete product assessment per UTC calendar month. The allowance renews at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month; unused assessments do not carry over. The website and connected AI clients share the same allowance. Preparing a draft does not use it. Existing reports remain available for 90 days. Capacity limits and provider availability may delay assessments. Assessments with no usable shopping evidence restore the allowance for the month in which they started.

Submit public product pages you are authorized to assess. Do not submit credentials, private customer information, or confidential material. Do not automate account creation, evade usage limits, or interfere with the service.

AI answers may contain errors. Independently verify product claims, prices, sources and suggested changes before relying on them. Potential discrepancies can reflect variants, promotions or regional differences.
